PALEO DRAWINGS ON KRAFT PAPER

These images, referred to as Paleo drawings, were done after the first set of kraft paper drawings in 2015. The color and relatively rough surface of the paper was suggestive of the earthy substrate of Paleolithic cave paintings found at Lascaux in France and ultimately at various locations all over the world. The pictures are full of now-extinct mega-mammals, the endless and violent quest for food by humans and beasts alike, and some admittedly forward-looking tendentiousness in depicting the activities of the early humans in the images.
